tahir is a zindiq. and a shameless liar. that tahir is jahil, is obvious to anyone who has a basic understanding of islamic fiqh/sciences. anyone who praises him after a serious examination only screams: 'i am a jahil'. Allah ta'ala knows best.
Just because someone hasn't written a reply to akhtar raza khan's fatwa against Tahir ul Qadri -- as far as you know -- it doesn't mean the reason is because they haven't got any dalail. It could simply be they don't consider it worth replying to as he is well known - despite being a buzurg - of declaring everyone and their cat as being non-sunni. He didn't even spare DI and SDI. I'm sorry to say it is this extremist attitude that 'only Bareilly is the true representative of Sunni Islam' that has put people off azhari miyan and his followers... Those in India probably know the situation better than me but other than hardcore murids of azhari miyan how many other Sunnis in India follow his ruling on TUQ ? So to try and bring these views to the UK and propagate them amongst all,Sunni mosques will only divide Sunnis more. I hope I haven't hurt anyone's feelings.

can you link the fatwa please. i don't think Amjadiya of khi gave a fatwa against tahir. it's another Amjadiya in india.
Agree with you to some extent..the fatwa given by jamia amjadiya karachi and azhari miya regarding tuq should be passedto local imams in the country as the man has committed outright kufr and he tries to mislead people..we are not going to move an inch when it comes to aqidah.. It is a religion of love but that isnt an excuse to allow haraam things to be committed, such as music in trailer of events..
If we present Islam as a religion of Love -- which it is -- then the youth will be attracted towards it and so will all others...
maybe the scholars don't share the same view as you guys on this forum that those scholars ARE deviants and accept them as having valid differences of opinion. Secondly bro Attari you say a fatwa has been passed -- by whom--and why should all UK Sunnis have to follow it? I agree with you that Sunnis in the UK are a shambles and refusing to adapt to ground realities unlike other groups who have realised that the battles of late 19th century/early 20th century Uttar Pradesh have almost no relevance to the daily lives of the Muslims in the UK -- esp. the youth. Secondly most of our ulema still cannot speak English and those young scholars who can are still forced to play second-fiddle to the older generation. Rather than making non-Muslims Muslims, people are too busy making Muslims into non-Muslims! People like HY and TuQ and Asim Hussain are at least doing some work in making the young people take an interest in Islam... Please don't take my above comments personally, it is an observation of what's wrong with Sunnis in general. We don't think beyond our own noses.
Qari javed akhtar who every molvi is on good terms with, sits with paq and irfan shah saab, im saying we need to adress people like this, or our big scholars need to ask such indivsuals where do they stand. Pir haseenuddin from pakistan is ok with all these moulana's from the uk, and also sits with paq, u cant educate the new comers if there arent clear cut scholars for us to follow. Not every one knows the philosophy that ahle sunnah does nor change or look bad if the molwis are, people just think the jamaat as a whole is a joke!

Nothing personal, I don't know the Shaykh personally , go visit him if you have a problem far as I am aware he is very open according to various sources.
