this is your assumption that anything you do on public forums is in your control. actually, the first thing you should do when you register is look for the deletion policy and stay out if there is nothing mentioned.

here are a few relevant reasons which is already explained by others. i knew all these reasons, simply because we are running a forum for more than ten years and have been using forums for much longer. so i googled if someone has already taken time to explain why it breaks the forum. i will just link the relevant articles below:

    this is wordpress:

    this is openoffice:
notice, that they will not touch your posts - though they may allow you to delete your profile (i.e., personal info - which we do not collect or force you to reveal anyway).

    this is stackexchange:

see, you are now changing your request. first you wanted complete deletion - now you just want the personal conversation you decided to make public. instead of this, if you simply sent a note to the moderators saying that you did not exercise good judgement and made a private conversation public, we could have helped. but instead you want us to suspend our forum for your lack of judgement.
that, you should aske before posting private conversations on a public forums in the future.

that i can edit as some ulama might be dragged in this needlessly. the rest remains.

    have you people no Aql?
The things I mentioned are private and only to me. the reason for deletion is simple, these private matters which I heard Arshad ul Qadri I don't want it online on this "forum". If you know me or not has nothing to do with it.

You did not mentioned anywhere that deletion was an option. only to claim afterwards that it is not possible. This is not according to our ethics. When a Muslim ask another Muslim he does not want a part in it anymore, he should accept his request. putting Shart afterwards is deceiving and not according to our ethics.

Again what I heard in person from the professors are personal to me and I don't want their names here on this forum. nor do I want any link to you people anymore.

For the admins here such as noori. Your hypothesis is exactly why I don't want anything to do with you kind of people.

nobody knows who you are in real life, therefore why do you worry? also, demanding from others that they forget what you have said to them is not part of your privacy, rather it belongs to others. memories of your behaviours, favours, criticism is part of thier private or public life, how can you demand from others to forget their experiences with you?

I can bet that even if you leave this id, you will come back with a new one because you don't want to leave.

sub'HanAllah. will you sue us now?

khayr, you haven't understood the law (not privacy 'rules') properly. it is related to personal information, which we neither collect, nor solicit private information and we usually remove their personal details when someone complains. we even encourage people to use pseudonyms (and we don't know as of now, whether this is your REAL name or just a handle...) [be kind enough to read myth 2]

    more docs:

however, this does not relate to your opinions and comments that you post on public forums. as if people are free to litter and demand others to clean up after them. imagine a talkative person who posts comments on every news-site and forum and one fine day decides to remove himself from the internet and demands every website to wash off his comments.

do you think it is practical?

REMEMBER: we don't ask you for your private information. we don't display your private information (except that which you choose to do it yourself). we honour requests to remove private information.

This is against privacy rules you know that right?

    Case google and privacy
The case underlines the battle between advocates of free expression and supporters of privacy rights, who say people should have the "right to be forgotten" meaning that they should be able to remove their digital traces from the Internet.

please delete it for me brother.

i am sorry brother but we cannot delete your profile and your posts without breaking hte system.

you have to understand that this is a discussion forum and there are replies to your posts etc. if we delete your posts and profile, it appears that people are talking to themselves. i have now added a term in the rules at the time of registration that we cannot delete your profile or posts and if you don't accept, please do not register.

I dont understand. I looked everywhere. Where is the option to delete my profile? I even had a question added for this, but it seems you people are purposely not helping deleting my profile.

Could you people erase my profile or answer my question about deletion, or just tell me here where and how I can delete my profile. slm

janab why do you think thus? not a single admin/moderator agrees with or condones ss. this should be clear to anyone involved in this and related threads.

if you say so because ss has not been banned yet, it's still unjust. The mods here have a policy. They do not ban people unless a ceratin line has been crossed. This line may differ with individuals and the issues they are heckling the forum members about. But this leeway and tolerance shown is not because they agree with what is being said by the person. It's only to let the person reveal himself completely before he is shown the door.

Banning is not a perfect solution either. You may not know that many people who have been banned earlier have come back with new usernames (nawazuddin for instance). This gives them a sort of fresh start because people don't realize that the particular poster has said all those ugly things which he could not justify and was banned on account of them. These people return, play it safe for a while and gain people's trust, then once again start the arguments from the beginning, as if all those have never been answered before. Would you want ss to acquit himself of the baggage he has gathered around himself and return under a new username, this time probably posing as an ashrafi or an attari or even a ridawi and start the same arguments over again? This also gives the false impression that more than one member shares the same opinion and therefore it must have some weight. Would you like this? Do you want to give ss a chance to done a new face and re-start the cycle?

I know ss has been trying his best to cause offence. This is called "trolling" in cyber jargon. Usually, different trolls have different amounts of time and varying levels of shame. Some don't come back after getting kicked out once. Some take a few defenestrations to make them realize that they won't be able to fool people anymore. Some are completely shameless and have any number of hours to waste. These simply keep returning under different pseudonyms.

This is the internet. A public platform where everyone gets a chance to speak his mind, no matter how stupid or foolish he may be. Have you not seen youtube and facebook comments? Did you not see the madman called 'dawaman'?

With freedom comes great responsibility. For some people, it means they can be as irresponsible as their time and energy allows them to. The majority of the world is against truth and justice. Do you not hear lies and half-truths being bandied about as gospel truth, by numberless people, foolish and cunning both, every single day? Can we shut up every obstinate imbecile and scheming jackal who propagates untruths?

In a small way, this forum is just a microcosm of the real world out there. As of now we do not have a solution to this problem.

The mature way to deal with this is to ignore the offenders and take things in one's stride.

Hope you will revise your opinions about the forum members and moderators.

He doesnt deem his his actions or deeds as done in the Ram Katha as wrong, he said it explicitly at the Urs last year. But he only does it Ihtiyatan because the Nizamuddin team told him to do.

It is like doing zina, and then claiming nothing is wrong with it, but just in case he will repent (while still considering it good). Now his Aqaaid on being it Jaaiz and so forth comes all on Nizamuddin. If it is Kufr, then Nizamuddin will be blameworthy for Rida bil Kufr, and so is Ubaid. Ubaid however will be saved since he is an utter jahil and accepted it as Hasan because Nizamuddin taught him so, but Nizamuddin wont be since he acted as a Yahudi Alim.

They try to deceive Allah but are only deceiving themselves.

[edited noori-personal attack removed] when the Noble Messenger and Allahs Deen was fouled by Nizamuddin he did not once criticize. But when "one little Lafz is said against Nizamuddin or Ram Praiser Ubaid, everyone loses their minds."

You admins are totally worthless, please admin erase my profile. Or at least show me how I can erase my profile.

    Where is this tawba?
  19. abu Hasan

i was informed that he had done tawbah in public. i took it at face-value and did not see the need to verify. unless it is contested, i assume it to be reliable news.

    Allah ta'ala knows best.

this is an accusation, we don't know what is in his heart. yes we don't agree with him and consider him with the wrong party. SS doesn't understand simple argument, yet we cannot blame for his real intention which we don't know.

yes, this is true, SS has been acting like serlock holmes, and trying to make a big issue out of plain words.
now, if you don't want to see his posts addressing you then you also should not address him, otherwise SS will be running after you, whether you like it or not.

if uka has proclaimed his tawbah then of course we cannot call him a kafir. i haven't listened to the audio that SS shared, but i can trust sidi abu hasan. however, uka's tawbah doesn't acquit mufti nizam'ud din and other signatories from their erroneous and corrupt fatwa, they certainly need to do ruju' to nip the fitnah in the bud.
