I have no problem with assassinations, but earlier you said "similarly, according to our values, blasphemers are evil and filthy criminals who should be executed and authorities should execute such scoundrels. except that we (ordinary muslims) also say that this should be done by authorities, and after a trial, and judgement."

But Ka'b wasnt given a trial. so my question is can a Muslim ruler order an assassination on some enemy of Islām within his jurisdiction when the evidence is clear that such a person is an enemy of Islām, and not merely some enemy, but a major blasphemer and instigator against the Muslims, without giving this person a trial?

in fact, the hadith of bukhari is clear - RasulAllah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam said:
"who will execute ka'ab ibn ashraf? for he has indeed hurt Allah and His messenger"

ka'ab was executed and dispatched to hell by a brave and noble soldier of islam.
may Allah's damnation be upon every sympathiser of ka'ab ibn ashraf, the criminal ancestor of the genocidal maniacs.

he was both a blasphemer and a sworn enemy of muslims who instigated enemies against islam.

    ---
however, you must understand that fighting muslims and encouraging others to fight muslims is a crime, but can merit pardon when the person changes his stance. numerous sahabah fought muslims - abu sufyan was at the forefront of fighting muslims - khalid ibn walid fought against muslims - hazrat abbas was imprisoned in badr. yet, they were all forgiven after they repented and came to islam.

fighting islam or opposing islam by a kafir, is in itself not a reason for capital punishment - it is expected that they would fight.

in fact, when hazrat ali was sent with the standard to khaybar, he was advised by the Prophet sallALlahu alayhi wa sallam to invite them to islam (famous hadith in bukhari, reworded) "such that if Allah guides a single man through you, is far better for you than possessing much desired wealth" [lit. humr al-na'am = red camels, which in those times were the best livestock and marker of wealth].

there are numerous examples where the kuffar were invited to islam - the rare cases where scoundrels were executed.

this is the sign of diseased and enslaved minds that think within the narrow format of western courts - and only a fool would think that these courts and their judgements are just and fair. as i said gaza of 2023 has proved - and may Allah accept their martyrdom - the gazans with their blood have proven that the illusion of justice an fairness in the western world is another way to undermine islam and muslims.

don't fall into their trap of 'fairness' argument - and let the devil not mislead you into thinking that you are far mindful of justice and fairness than the sahabah and their master sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam. nas'alu Allah al aafiyah.

ka'ab was executed upon the command of RasulALlah sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam. only a kafir or a hypocrite will wonder or harbour a doubt, if it were a 'fair' judgment.

Question: When ka'b bin al ashraf was assassinated, this happened in Madinah. Why was he assassinated instead of being given a trial? Also, what were his crimes? 1) Blasphemy only 2) Fighting Muslims or encouraging fighting against Muslims 3) Both?

Indeed those who trouble Allah and His Noble Messenger – upon them is Allah’s curse in the world and in the Hereafter, and Allah has kept prepared a disgraceful punishment for them. (Surah Ahzaab 33:57)

Has legacy of France's Charlie Hebdo's legacy gone sour?

"...the continued security risk still weighs heavy on every member of staff.

"The threat against them is very high," he told me.

"Every Islamist in the world dreams of killing one of those guys. And so they have to live in their apartments with their curtains closed because they're afraid of snipers. They live in the dark. And it's probably going to last the rest of their lives. It shows that those who go on are especially courageous."
    "

    ---

For those staff that were involved in the blasphemous cartoons and are still alive - I hope that they are not assassinated or killed. Because it would be interesting to see what type of remaining life they live and how they eventually end up dyeing - I have no doubt in my mind that their remaining existence will be miserable and that they will be denigrated and demeaned in their personal lives in ways they had not imagined. Whether it's a year from now or 10 years, we'll one day see interviews where they express regret over getting involved and supporting the whole thing.

zindiq nouman ali khan weighs in with his spins and lies.

he deliberately and calculatingly uses the word "story" rather than event or anecdote or narration. he is playing to an agenda

typical maghreb-nawaz litter - "Muslims in the Muslim world lack basic human decency, even the enlightened ones of the west"

yes, we have problems. but he talks as if his white masters are carved out of crystals. his white master allegedly shot 3 Muslims over a parking space (according to the media) - basic morality. how many unorganized Muslims outside of mosques have shot people who cut them out in traffic! he sounds like a paid stooge of the kuffar! his phrase that "messengers weren't good enough for them" is completely disgusting!

i just found out what I said was untrue and he is strong in speaking Arabic (minor you'd expect that anyway) and he knows his sciences - apologies for that.

My source told me in the sulla spring Mawlid final day he spoke out against those who have lose tongues for the prophet peace be upon him. Apparently he said no matter who they are they can not be accepted if they can't speak with proper adab. And he was cussing wobblas.

Plus no Tim and mark videos? Wag1 there?

I think people exaggerate - being able to read Arabic is important moreso than the speaking

i apparently heard he cant even speak arabic at all and dont even know anything basics

but i must give credit where credit is due, I have heard his kid madrassah is really good and his fb page quotes about the prophet peace be upon him are powerful - seems like his undercover sunni

I can't seem to find his video with mark and Tim anymore

Sufi Aslam failed trying to be the Shaykh Farfour of Alum Rock. The CoK went belly up his event at Bingley Hall had about 50 people and wouldn't have been able to pack one floor of Bawa Dittas hall.

He has got desperate and started singing Mera Murshid Sohna like Shahid Mahmood posting pictures of Kotli Pir, Zinda Pir, Sufi Aslam and Hazrat Yaqoubi Saab. So it is Murshid Sohna depending where he is

Sufi Aslam has apparently been telling people not to read the Killer Mistake.

He is fond of mark, tim and nuh lets hope he doesn't start seeing the trinity being compatible with Islam and recommending from Marks list or Bawa in Lozells will be giving him the p45 again

The Urdu sounds too animated he should lecture in the Dadyali dialect like Bawa does

    twisted rational.

he mentions it, but conveniently ignores that it is a Allah's sunnah to answer & take revenge on behalf of the Prophet. plus he ignores the various ahadeeth where the Holy Prophet himself ordered the execution of the scoundrels who were -ma'az Allah - abusing him.
