Bro, im certain with mufti waqar uddin chishtis fatwa that he is a ghair-sunni. This is the same fatwa given by dawateislami, but the fatwa of kufr i dont know wether i am wrong if i stay neutral with calling him a kafir. I suppose sukoot(silence) cant be wrong also, correct me if i need to be.
سم الله الرحمن الرحيم brother there is a number of fatawas against tahir ul padri, ranging from him being ghumra (lost & deviated) to the other end, best position would be to stay away from him and leave him to the ulema. if you feel comfortable with the fatawa's of taajushariah and muhadithe kabeer may Allah bless them then follow it, if you are not then don't follow it, that is your personal choice, La iqraha fid deen ....brother!
Does anyone know the ruling on someone who doesnt accept the ruling of taajushariah and muhadithe kabeer on dr tahir jhangvi. Does he become kafir, even if he beleives dr tahir is gumrah and bad mazhab but not kafir?
