No senior scholar supports TuQ and what you change what you have been saying everytime you get pulled up on things. When I said to you Izhar Miya's centre has issued a fatwa you start talking of other Muftis! No point discussing anything in a rational manner with you. I suppose if you want to folow him and believe he is right so be it - your grave, you'll lie in it.

 

Madani Miah done takfir of Jilani Miah based on issues of principle.

There are many who do not follow Madani Miah (hafizahuAllah) even though he is correct.

Now some people are trying to defend Tahir.

Brother do you know that Lakhs of pamphlets are floating around in India and even the Wahabis have come to know of internal differnces of Ahlus Sunnah and there are press reports coming out even in English newspapaers about Takfir..

There were mutltitudes of Muftis who turned out in Hyderabad event and my friends asked them about the PEace conference and none of them did Takfir of the event inspite of knowing the activities that happened there....

SAme was the case with Muftis of Kutch who supported TuQ inspite of heavy opposition from Razvi group and getting handouts against TuQ..what would you say about them?

If Takfiri formula of this forum is to be followed then the Ahlus Sunnah would be eaten up soon

People and scholars may have supported TuQ before the Wembley program and/or if they weren't aware of his writings/books. Not everyone reads and follows TuQ!! But if any scholar becomes aware of what he has written and has done in Wembley but still endorses his views and supports him in his actions then they too should be boycotted 100%.

As far as fatwas of kufr are concerned, they aren't just handed out. Some scholars who were at Wembley had no idea TuQ was going to engage in collective prayers - ideally they should have walked out but I've no doubt they'll never attend any of his programs again. And since they didn't engage in the kufr committed in that they didn't say and do what TuQ did they won't be given a fatwa of kufr.

Also as far as your comments about Hazrat Izhar Ashraf Ashrafi (rehmatullahi alay) is concerned, you are mistaken. I understand a fatwa was sought on the activities in Wembley from Jamia Ashraf in Kichocha Sharif whose head was Hazrat Izhar Ashraf and a fatwa has been given condemning TuQ's activities. As soon as this is available I'll try and post it here for you.

 

Since when has considering a particular Aalim Kaafir become a part of Usool???

And Members on this forum are forcing me to do Takfeer even though I was not even present in Peace Conference,but they want to exmept the Ulema who were present on the stage with TuQ from the Takfir, just becuase they are famous and have capcity to block the funds of Takfiri Maulvis....

BTW, In India , DI muballighs are being called BAAGHIS i.e. Rebels of Ahlus Sunnah because they differed on Furrohi issue.... there are slogans being raised here against them like

Faiz e Raza Jaari rahega
Attariyon pe bhaari rahega

But the same Ulema who are calling DI as Baaghis don't have the courage to use same term against the biggies....

And if you are from Mumbai, you might know about Darul-Uloom Deewan Shah in the city of Bhiwandi. An Ashrafi A'lim from there has confirmed that Hashmi Miyan is against TuP. But I have not recorded his statement so for now its your word against mine.

Whats the surprise in it...Mufti Akhtar Raza khan is a staunch opponent of Madni channel wheras his brother gave interview for the same channel..

Maulana Izhar Ashrafi(Rehmatullahi Alaih) used to support Tahir Ul Qadri and in fact the Mumbai Program is being looked up by Mureeds of Maulana Izhar Ashraf(Rehmatullahi Alaih)..
I know of people who have personally psoken to Hashmi Miya and he has expressed approval for him...
BTW, I am from Mumbai and I know the Phool Galli Mosque that arranged these protests..they are the same ones ,whose Ulema since past few months
have been saying that Sunnis should do Social Boycott of Dawat e Islami and Reading Namaz behind Dawat e Islami Muballighs is invalid and should be repeated..
They even consider Sunni Dawat e Islami as Deviant...

I'll have to agree that Sayyid Hashmi Miyan Ashrafi has not given a statement in this regard YET. I am eagerly waiting, not for myself but for those among the masses for whom he is THE unquestionable authority.

But we have two statements from Hadhrat Madni Miyan, apart from explicit fatawa from other senior scholars, and I expect more details from him soon. As of now, since we don't have any official statement denying its ascription to Shayk ul Isalm, we can safely assume it is authentic , just as you conveniently equated his silence to neutrality.

I must add that saying that they’re ‘neutral‘, is a serious accusation against them .

To begin with you’ll have to prove that they were questioned about this/knew every detail about this and they chose to remain silent. ( But the two audios prove otherwise.)

TuP has now become a touchstone of sorts. Anyone who tries to justify his actions only ends up discrediting himself! In this case it will be justified to claim: “You are with us or against GOD”.
